these were shot last night for my photojournalism class we're required to shoot friday night football. please do not judge harshly, this was my first game. the object of the ass't is to capture the dude with the ball, anyway you can. it's incredibly dark out, it's freezing, you have to be on the sideline where the players run off and have to watch out you don't get tackled, & the players are moving really fast. it's grainy and automatically ugly because of the direct-on-camera flash & super high iso.

ok so yeah. football is really hard, but I think you did great. They are all interesting action shots. good job on timing (and almost taking one for the team). =)
