Old beer caps I saw lying around and just shot on a d200 with the 105mm & extension tube for 1:1 macro again. I used two hot lights on either side of the caps for overall light, fill cards below and above for light to come straight down on it and to also surround the edges for (more) even shadows. f22 @ 10 seconds, iso 100

Great composition! Nice job lighting the metal and getting good texture and detail on the top of the cap.
